Tipping our Team

Since Day One we have split the tips amongst all of the team (except ownership!)

We have believed that our Culinary Team brings as much to The Table as our folks whose faces you see front and center in the dining room.   That said, you should have noticed that our cooks, and dishwashers are actively involved in bringing you food, and beverages, and helping you with anticipating your Table Desires.

We will be adding 1n 18% to be distributed to ALL Team Members involved in crafting our Friday & Saturday Night Chef's Menus.   As Always, Management/Owners will NOT be included in that 18% .
